Disabled Holiday on City Breaks Guide
If you require a short break or long weekend in any destination worldwide, then city Breaks Guide.com can help you book these deals with a few easy steps. Whether you wish to travel alone or assisted there are many packages and deals that can cater for all your needs.

There are many Charity Organisations that provide group weekends and package deals for Physically Disabled People. These Trusts are run by a committee of volunteers and are entirely supported by voluntary help and contributions. These Trusts are able to accommodate people with most kinds of physical disability aged between 16 and 80. Every applicant is required to complete a medical form and acceptance for the holiday is at the discretion of the medical officer. There will be an RGN on each trip. Each disabled person will be attended by at least one helper and applicants are welcome to bring their own helper if they wish. These types of holidays, packages and deals are easy to book on City Breaks Guide.com.

These Trusts rely on voluntary help to achieve their objectives of providing disabled people with travel. In most cases one helper looks after the needs of one traveller. This will include helping with amongst other things; washing, feeding, dressing and helping in the toilet. It is the helper's responsibility to ensure that the tourist gains the maximum possible enjoyment from the holiday. Members of the Trusts Committee are always on the holiday as volunteers and can help with advice, guidance and support. Should the helper be inexperienced the Trust endeavours to allocate them with a traveller needing minimal care. Every effort is made to match helpers and tourist with similar interests. The minimum age limit for helpers is 18 years of age.
Some disabled people do not take a holiday - they think it will be too difficult because they are disabled. However in most cases advertisers ease the effort by organising transport, accommodation, and activities and most importantly care.

Each year the Trusts organise subsidised group travel for physically disabled people with the support of volunteer carers. (You can see the offers and deals for this in the Disabled section.) Each package is tailored to make sure you have a great time at the chosen venue.

For travel within the UK, a coach is available to take both disabled guests and volunteers to the venue and also return them to the point of origin after the trip. Alternatively if it is more convenient people can travel independently to and from the holiday venue.
If you feel that you want to venture further field and travel to one of our worldwide city breaks, then the care and support are second to none when you book with a Trust or Specialised travel Company. So please do not let your disability hold you back, enjoy a long weekend, a short break, a bargain package deal and book it here online.

Happy Holidays!
